The Johnston & Murphy Superslim Wallet brings together sleekness and durability in a handsome minimalist leather wallet. It is made from soft waxhide leather that is water resistant and protects the leather. It features a polyester lining to protect your cards from damage. It may not be as slim as some of the other slim wallets out there but it is ideal who are looking for a slim wallet with a more traditional leather wallet look.
Features wise, the Johnston & Murphy Superslim Wallet has a handy thumb-slide ID window on the inside, three-card slots and a spacious currency pocket. There are two additional card pockets at the left and right portion of the centerfold. Unfortunately, this feature is stitched flat on the slim wallet’s ID pocket. As you can see, lots of storage on the inside.
On the outside, the wallet has a curved receipt and card pocket. The exterior pocket is best for storing your most often used card as they can be easily accessed without opening the wallet itself. Each of the card slots has enough space for at least 2 cards. You can keep another card each in the pockets at the left and right of the centerfold but since it is hardest to access these slots, we would recommend keeping only your essential but rarely used cards here.
The Johnston & Murphy Superslim Wallet measures just 4’W x 3’H and makes a great starter slim wallet. It looks very much like a classic leather wallet except that it is smaller and slimmer of course. It has many compartments for organizing and storing your cards although the drawback is that the extra compartments do add to the overall bulk.
