You may have noticed that the Apex Wallet looks a lot like another wallet we have featured on Best Slim Wallet, the Slimplistic Wallet. This is because the new Apex Wallet comes from the same folks that brought us the Slimplistic Wallet, MSTRMND Collective.
The designers at MSTRMND Collective has taken the basic design of the Slimplistic Wallet and taken it to the next level. The Apex Wallet features the same easy-slide ergonomic QuickSwipe slot that gave the Slimplistic Wallet its unique look. The QuickSwipe slot allows for easy removal of your most often used card with just a slide of your thumb. However, instead of leather, the Apex Wallet is precision machined from a solid block of aircraft-grade billet aluminum. This wallet is built to last.
The Apex Wallet measures 3.9″ (9.9cm) x 2.3″ (5.8cm) and just .33″ (.83cm) thick. You can fit in anywhere between 2 to 7 cards plus some cash slotted in between the cards. The cards and the 1.5″ knitted elastic band keeps your cash secure. The aluminum body also brings about another benefit compared to the Slimplistic Wallet. The Apex Wallet features RFID protection for your NFC capable cards.
There are two versions of the Apex Wallet available – whether the cards slide out horizontally or vertically. There are also three types of anodized finishing available, gold, silver and black.
